All my pieces are thrown on the wheel .

In limiting the possibilities of form the wheel sharpens my creativity.

In the series ‘Fête à la Main’ the work in clay gains power through the spontaneous, yet controlled deforming while leaving the energy of the material imminent.

When I work with porcelain , though, the material guides me towards more purified and symmetrical forms creating thin translucent pieces as well as services and other tableware.

The characteristics of the material urge me to listen to their needs and sensitivity.

So working in clay or porcelain results in very different shapes and objects.

The communication with the material makes the journey of being a potter and ceramist an interesting and everlasting one.
